He has learnt various styles of Yoga since early 90's, and in 1995 in San Francisco he found Ashtanga Yoga. Ever since then he has been devoted to the practice. Tarik was blessed teach Ashtanga yoga by Pattabhi Jois in 2005. http://www.kpjayi.org/ Tarik has taught in Europe, North America, North and East Africa and throughout Asia. Presently he teaches daily morning Mysore classes at his school MysoreTokyo in Shibuya, Tokyo. Tarik is committed to teaching the traditional Ashtanga practice as taught by Pattabhi jois and to providing students with an ideal environment for them to discover the beauty and power of their own practice

Cancellation Policy: Workshop refund/cancellation policy: 2 months before 70%returned / 6 weeks before 50% returned / 4 weeks and after non-refundable/transferable Payments can be received either by bank transfer or PayPal. Space is very limited and all reservations will be booked in the order received so make sure to reserve early.
