Special two week retreat in Goa, India with Tarik. Please come enjoy cozy accommodations, incredible food, warm weather, the beach and India in all its wonder and luster in a great environment for yoga practice. A great opportunity to focus on and deepen your practice. Each day we will have Mysore style class and a beginner class so those absolutely new to ashtanga yoga  are very welcome.  Legendary veggie chef Sayuri Tanaka will be making the food each day so you are guaranteed to eat and live well.   Four  days per week in the afternoons we will have workshops where we look in detail at  techniques such as how to jump/back and thru, back bending and much more.  In addition each day we will discuss various topics such as yoga history, philosophy  and other aspects of the practice .  We will also have  plenty of time for questions during class and also during meals there will be time for one on one questions with Tarik.  At the end of each workshop session we will also practice yoga nidra for final deep and total relaxation.
